Accountability changes everything. This challenge will hold you accountable to take control of your boundaries in an easy way - one small challenge at a time. Pick any human relationship boundaries to work on for this challenge; it can be your boundaries with someone in your workplace, family, friends, partner or spouse or people you date, clients or customers, or it can be the most powerful human relationship in your life - your relationship with yourself. This Challenge is led by Cyndi D. McCoy (that's me!) - author of The Boundaries Health Check who earned her credentials from the International Coaching Federation in 2015 and who also authored The Science of Personal Coaching.

how does it work?
Day 1
You’ll join a live 1-hour Zoom session that allows you to be totally anonymous to all other participants, so you can feel safe to be honest. Cameras off. Your voice optional.Led by Cyndi McCoy, coach and author of The Boundaries Health Check, it’s a bold, honest check-in with what’s really going on inside you and accountability to make change happen.Together - no names, no faces unless you want to share - Cyndi will lead you on checking your boundaries, spotlighting the relationship that’s impacting you most (yes, any human relationship—work, personal, or even the one with yourself), and choose one powerful shift to commit to for the week ahead.
Days 2 to 6
Momentum mode, activated. Each day, Cyndi drops you a personal message on WhatsApp to check in on your progress. No scheduling gymnastics - just a voice note or text once per day on days 2 to 6, no more than a couple minutes. One honest check-in can tip the first domino - and suddenly, everything shifts.
Day 7
1-hour Zoom reunion - but still anonymous for you, unless you decide to identify yourself.
Cyndi guides you through a rapid-fire debrief:Acknowledge your wins - big or microscopic.Spot patterns - what did you observe about yourself.Lock in next steps - so your new success isn’t a one-week wonder.By the end of the hour, you’ll see exactly how much power you’ve got to reshape any relationship - including the one with yourself.

Cyndi piloted her theory in June 2017, offering her boundaries program through an online learning and teaching platform called Udemy.
